The school originally started back in October 1969 under the name National Beauty School #5. In May 1986, the name was officially changed to International Beauty College #3.
Even though the school is not part of a chain or franchise, it still retains the original name and is known locally as "IBC3" or "IBC".
IBC3 was acquired by a new owner in September 2011, whose family has been in the beauty industry since 1994.
We hope to bring some new & better changes to IBC3!
